Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the nervous system through light touch along specific access points of the spine.
Rather than forcing change, this work supports the body’s natural ability to:

  • Restore communication between the brain and body
  • Shift out of survival mode and into regulation
There is no adjusting, forcing, or reliving past experiences.

What a Session Is Like


Spinal Flow sessions are intentionally simple and calming.
  • You remain fully clothed
  • Touch is light and gentle
  • Sessions are quiet and inward
  • There is no need to talk through your story
  • Each body responds in its own way
