This continued care package includes six 30-minute Spinal Flow sessions for returning clients. Continue your care with a group Spinal Flow session. You will be in a room possibly with one other person. You will each receive the time and attention your body needs to increase flow, create change, and have results. This package expires within 30 days. Consistency is so important in the healing journey. More frequency in less time helps reduces the risk of the stress coming back into the spine.
